Every so often the diligent websurfer will come across a site with which he feels an immediate affinity; it's like walking into a small bookstore run by someone who shares your taste in books. I had that experience today, and here's the site.

Reger also wrote some beautiful music. Try his 'Four Tone Poems After Arnold Boecklin'. There's an excellent recording of Concertgebouw with Neeme Jarvi. It contains one of the most beautiful concertmaster solos ever, on this recording played by Jaap van Zweeden, now MD in Dallas. It goes down really well in the car after a stressful rehearsal!
